We have achieved Platinum Status, the highest level in the RBA VAP Audit

Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center has achieved Platinum Status in 2025, the highest level of recognition in the RBA*1 VAP audit*2.

The Responsible Business Alliance (“RBA”) is the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to responsible business conduct in global supply chains. The RBA Code of Conduct sets out standards to ensure that workers are treated with respect and dignity, the work environment is safe, and that business activities are carried out in an environmentally and ethically responsible manner.

Validated Assessment Program (“VAP”) audits are conducted by independent, third-party firms to assess whether a facility is properly operated in compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct. The assessed facility may be recognized as silver (minimum score of 160), gold (minimum score of 180), or platinum status (full score of 200), according to its assessment score.

SBT*1 Accreditation

We have received SBT accreditation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)*2 as its 2030 targets to cut greenhouse gas (hereinafter “GHG”) emissions have been recognized as science-based targets.

GHG emission reduction targets to be achieved in 5 to 10 years’ time, set by companies in line with the Paris Agreement goals.

We have been recognized as a “2026 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)” jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi for the 5th consecutive year.

Receipt of “Kurumin Certification”

We have received “Kurumin Certification” for our initiatives to support childcare in 2023. After that, our company advanced efforts at a higher level and, as a result of meeting certain criteria, obtained the "Platinum Kurumin Certification," a special recognition from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in 2025.

We have awarded “Top 10 Customer Service*1 (formerly known as 10 BEST Suppliers)” for 29 consecutive years in the "Global Semiconductor Supplier Awards*2 (formerly known as TechInsights Customer Satisfaction Survey)," a customer satisfaction survey conducted by TechInsights Inc. (hereinafter "TechInsights"), a technology & market analysis and intellectual property consultancy for the microelectronics industry. We also ranked in the top 10 in "FAB EQUIPMENT", “WFE TO FOUNDATION CHIP MAKERS” and "WFE TO SPECIALTY CHIP MAKERS" categories.
