We have received a high rating of "AA" in the 2024 MSCI ESG ratings. The MSCI ESG Ratings is assigned by MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International, Inc.), a U.S. company that calculates stock price indexes, to assess the degree to which each company manages industry-specific ESG risks compared with its peers on a seven point scale from “AAA,” the highest rating, to “CCC.”

CDP Evaluation
We received a “B” rating for the CDP Climate Change 2024 and a “A” rating for the CDP Water Security 2024. We are working to further improve our ratings.
CDP is an international NGO that operates a global information disclosure system for investors, companies, nations, regions and cities to manage their own environmental impacts. CDP conducts surveys of companies and cities on their actions regarding environmental issues such as climate change, water resource protection and forest conservation, and discloses the results of their evaluations to investors.

"Smart Work Edition"
We received 2.5 stars in the 2024 "Nikkei Sustainable Management Survey, Smart Work Edition."
The "Smart Work Edition" selects leading companies that aim to generate new innovations, improve productivity, and maximize their corporate value by accelerating investment in human resources, while maximizing the use of human resources. The Smart Work survey has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017, and covers listed companies and major unlisted companies nationwide with a five-star rating based on three elements: human resource utilization, human resource investment, and technology utilization.

We have been selected as a constitute of the S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index.

VAP audits are conducted by independent, third-party firms to assess whether a facility is properly operated in compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct. The assessed facility may be recognized as silver (minimum score of 160), gold (minimum score of 180), or platinum status (full score of 200), according to its assessment score.
