The MSCI ESG Ratings is assigned by MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International, Inc.), a U.S. company that calculates stock price indexes, to assess the degree to which each company manages industry-specific ESG risks compared with its peers on a seven point scale from “AAA,” the highest rating, to “CCC.”

We received 2.5 stars in the 2024 "Nikkei Sustainable Management Survey, Smart Work Edition."
The "Smart Work Edition" selects leading companies that aim to generate new innovations, improve productivity, and maximize their corporate value by accelerating investment in human resources, while maximizing the use of human resources. The Smart Work survey has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017, and covers listed companies and major unlisted companies nationwide with a five-star rating based on three elements: human resource utilization, human resource investment, and technology utilization.
