KOKUSAI ELECTRIC Corporation (President and CEO: Kazunori Tsukada, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) achieved the highest A score in CDP’s Supplier Engagement Assessment 2025 for the second consecutive year and has been selected as a leading company in supplier engagement.
CDP is a nonprofit organization founded in 2000 that runs an environmental disclosure system. In 2025, more than 22,100 companies and over 1,000 cities, states, and regions disclosed information through CDP on climate change, forests, and water security, receiving scores ranging from D- to A. Supplier Engagement Assessment is an assessment by CDP that evaluates how companies address climate change issues within their supply chains. In this assessment, KOKUSAI ELECTRIC’s efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in collaboration with suppliers, aiming to transition to a sustainable net-zero economy, were recognized. Additionally, our company has achieved an A score for Water Security and a B for Climate Change, underscoring its ongoing commitment to environmentally responsible operations in multiple areas.
