We have received the Platinum Kurumin Certificatition by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in recognition of our initiatives to support childcare.

The "Kurumin Certification" is granted under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. Companies that have formulated an action plan as general employers, achieved the goals set in the plan, and met certain standards can apply to be recognized by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "Childcare Support Company" (Kurumin Certification). The "Platinum Kurumin Certification" that our company has recently received is a special certification granted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that have already obtained the "Kurumin Certification" and have implemented higher-level initiatives to meet certain standards.

Aiming to help achieve a balance between fulfilling work and a prosperous, healthy life, we have put in place and enhanced measures to facilitate both professional responsibilities and roles in childcare and caregiving. We have communicated our commitment to the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children through a top-level message to ensure its widespread awareness within the company. To create an environment to empower employees balancing work and parental responsibilities, we have rolled out a “Childcare and Work Balance Support Fund” starting April 1, 2017, covering expenses such as childcare and after-school program fees.

Under the corporate slogan “Technology & Tai-wa for Tomorrow,” we will pursue economic, environmental, and social values from both business and ESG (resolving environmental and social issues and strengthening governance) aspects, with the aim of contributing to the achievement of SDGs and realizing a sustainable society and our group’s sustainable development.
