Exhibit at ICSCRM2026

KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION is pleased to announce of our participation in International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials 2026　(ICSCRM2026) that will take place at PACIFICO YOKOHAMA North, from Sunday, September 27 to Friday, October 2, 2026.

ICSCRM2026 is one of the world's largest international conferences on SiC (silicon carbide), GaN (gallium nitride), and related material technologies, which are next-generation power semiconductor materials.　At our booth, we will present activation annealing equipment for SiC and GaN, as well as oxidation and oxynitridation equipment and related technologies. 

Under the corporate slogan "Technology & Tai-wa for Tomorrow," we will pursue economic, environmental, and social values from both business and ESG (resolving environmental and social issues and strengthening governance) aspects, with the aim of contributing to the achievement of SDGs and realizing a sustainable society and our group’s sustainable development.
