KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and CEO: Kazunori Tsukada, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan) is pleased to announce the sponsorship for the 31st Workshop on Electronic Device Interface Technology (hereinafter, "EDIT31")" held over two days from Thursday, January 29 to Friday, January 30, at the Toray General Training Center in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Additionally, poster presentations and co-authored invited lectures by our employees are planned at the EDIT31.
The workshop on electronic device interface technology deeply discusses a wide range of themes from the fundamentals to the applications of interfaces, which hold the key to improving the performance, integration, and functionality of electronic devices, through both experimental and theoretical approaches. Our company's employees will give a poster presentation on "Data-Driven Exploration of SiOCH Low-Dielectric Materials" and a co-authored invited lecture on "SiN Flash Memory Functions Governed by Floating Electron States Distributed in the Enclosed Space" at EDIT31.
