Received the Presidential Citation at the 18th Semiconductor Day Hosted by the Korean Government

At the 18th Semiconductor Day, a commemorative event hosted by the Korean Government on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, Yong-Sung Park, President & CEO of our Korean group company Kook Je Electric Korea Co., Ltd. (Kokusai Electric Korea Co., Ltd.), received the Presidential Citation. 

Semiconductor Day is to recognize individuals and companies that have contributed to the advancement of Korea’s semiconductor industry, one of the country’s key export sectors, with the aim of further promoting its development. The awards presented include the Order of Industrial Service Merit, the Industrial Service Medal,  and the Presidential Citation, among others, with the Presidential Citation being the third-highest honor.

In conferring this award, Park  was recognized for his contributions to enhancing technological development capabilities, quality, and competitiveness in Korea’s semiconductor industry, as well as for his efforts to improve working conditions for those employed in the semiconductor sector.

Under the corporate slogan of "Technology & Tai-wa for Tomorrow," the Group will continue to improve the performance and quality of its products, enhance its services, and pursue economic, environmental, and social value from both the business and ESG perspectives.
