KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and CEO: Kazunori Tsukada, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan) is pleased to announce that its employee will make an oral presentation on the results of the joint research with Institute of Science Tokyo, at the 2025 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials (“SSDM”), which will be held at the PACIFICO YOKOHAMA for four days from Monday, September 15 to Thursday, September 18.
The SSDM is an international conference that originated in Japan where approximately 1,000 participants present the latest achievements in solid-state devices and materials research and discuss how to solve technical issues. It will be held for the 57th time this year. At this conference, we will give an oral presentation on waveguides using LP-CVD SiN, which we have been jointly researching with Institute of Science Tokyo.
