KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and CEO: Fumiyuki Kanai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan) has established Kokusai Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter “KESG”) in Singapore as a wholly owned group company. KESG is scheduled to take over the operations that have been conducted at our Singapore location (Singapore Branch of the group company Kokusai Electric Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.) and start operations from July 1, 2024.
1. Purpose of Establishing KESG
We have decided to establish KESG as a new group company located in Singapore, with the aim of expanding business for Southeast Asia, such as Singapore and Malaysia, and South Asia, such as India, and strengthening the service support system.
