Use for cleaning of

  • Hard disk drive parts.
  • [SWEEP]mode;
    Degreasing aluminum which is easy to occur of erosion.
  • [Single frequency]mode;
    Degreasing metal which is difficult to occur of erosion.
  • After polishing of metal, ceramics and glass.

Two oscillation modes（Factory setting）

Oscillation mode (Single frequency or SWEEP) selection by customer becomes most suitable and cleaning that matched cleaning situation of single function is possible.

Three frequencies（26 kHz or 36 kHz or 46 kHz / Factory setting）

Depending on the material and particle situation of cleaning object, it can choose three kinds of frequency (26 kHz, 36 kHz, 46 kHz).

Attached ultrasonic output level detection[US.DET]

[US.DET]; Actual ultrasonic wave output power level is detected and relay is driven to ON from OFF as generator output. (it changes to "ON" when the level is more than 60W)　You can grasp the trouble that ultrasonic power is not output in this immediately.

Low Band Ultrasonic Series

Use for cleaning of

  • Small parts, such as clock parts, quartz crystal.
  • Polishing material removal of small parts.
  • Glassware, such as beakers, test tubes.

AC100V, compact and desktop use.

  • It can be used easily at institute and laboratory, etc as type of desktop by combination with tank (UT20P series) because power supply is AC100V.
  • Because cleaning tank and generator separate, cleaning tank is installed in the clean bench and draft chamber, and is optimum for cleaning which dislike the dust and smell of cleaning fluid because generator is installed at hand and can use it.

Attached convenient cleaning timer.

Cleaning timer can use as the consecutive cleaning and time limit cleaning (Max. 30 minutes).
